Five factors that influence employee loyalty

1) Job satisfaction
When employees are happy in their jobs, they typically stay loyal to the company and go above and beyond to perform at the highest level.

2) Training and development
Development opportunities also ensure that employees see a future within the organization.

3) Compensation
If employees are well-paid and have good benefits, they will be more likely to stay at their current job.

4) Respecting employees
Employees are more loyal to their employers when they feel valued and respected.

5) Recognition and satisfaction
Employees who feel appreciated by their company are more likely to stay.

This April’s poll at Agro.Club detected a 71% level of staff satisfaction and engagement (eNPS); 22% of the respondents stayed neutral; and 7% replied that there were some things to improve.
